Tomorrow marks the start of Vegan Mofo and this is my first year participating. I am scared, I am excited and I will attempt to do more home cooked meals in a one month period of time than I have ever done in my life. Coworkers will eat lots of vegan baked goods. My freezer will be full of vegan mac and cheese and soups and anything else I make far too much of for one person to reasonably (or unreasonably) consume.
